Late 19th Century Joseun Dynasty Era Kirogi Goose

Special and rare piece of east Asian History! Sculptures of geese were traditionally given as gifts to the parents of the bride to be. This rustic sculpture dates from the mid to late 1900's, and was once a Kirogi wedding goose. Deep stained wood, likely Korean elm or regional hardwood.
