SOLD - Vintage Gaertner Scientific Cathetometer, circa 1960s

Vintage Gaertner scientific cathetometer once used in the UCLA science labs. This unique instrument, a vertical/ planning traveling telescope, allows for the measuring of vertical distances in cases where a scale cannot be placed very close to the points whose distance apart is desired. In functional/ operational condition with a fantastic vintage Industrial patina, circa 1960s.
